Common Questions Answered

What are the massage types?

At LanguidLimbs, we specialize in various relaxing massages tailored to suit your individual needs. Each session is customized to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort, focusing on relieving tension and enhancing your overall well-being.

How do I book a session?

Booking a massage session is easy! Simply use our online booking calendar to choose your preferred date and time for an in-home visit. We look forward to welcoming you over for a relaxing experience. Feel free to contact us at 07545514289 on WhatsApp for any info or to book at a time of your choice, and we will do our best to fit you in!

What should I wear and how much clothing will I need to remove?

I prioritise your comfort throughout every massage session. During your treatment, only the areas being worked on will be uncovered, while the rest of your body remains draped with a towel at all times. For ease and effectiveness, you may be asked to remove certain items of clothing before the massage begins, but this is always your choice.

I also recommend removing any clothing or jewellery that you prefer not to get massage oil on, as this helps protect your belongings and ensures a smoother experience. Your consent and comfort guide the entire process, and I will always work in a way that feels right for you.

Can I request a male/female therapist?

Unfortunately, I am a solo practitioner, and am a male. Happily, there are some great female masseuses in the area if a female masseuse is what you are looking for and will make you more comfortable.

Should I make conversation?

If you’d rather unwind in silence, that’s absolutely fine. Many clients find it natural to chat until they gradually settle into a calm, relaxed state. At certain points, communication will be important for the effectiveness of your treatment, and I may ask you to change position—such as turning onto your side or lying face up. You should always feel comfortable letting me know if the room temperature isn’t right, if the pressure needs adjusting, or if any stretch feels too intense.
